Please read below for the explanations of each type of metal:

Tungsten Carbide:

Tungsten Carbide rings are virtually indestructible and scratch proof. They are polished with a diamond compound, resulting in a polish and shine that will last forever. Tungsten rings offer the perfect combination of unbelievable strength with style and comfort. Tungsten rings are the most wear resistant rings available on the planet. Tungsten is about 10 times harder than 18K Gold, 5 times harder than tool steel, and 4 times harder than titanium. Tungsten measures between 8 and 9 on the Mohs hardness scale. (Diamonds are a 10 - the highest.) Due to their extreme hardness, Tungsten Rings will hold their shape and shine longer than any ring on the market. Tungsten rings will NOT bend, however, in the event of an emergency, a ring can be removed by a medical professional. Tungsten, though very hard, is not indestructible. The rings will break or shatter if they encounter a significant impact with a hard object.

Ceramic:

Ceramic is a high performance, heat and scratch resistant (not scratch proof), hypoallergenic and lightweight material. Ceramic rings are slightly lighter in weight compared to Titanium and they are just as scratch resistant as Tungsten. Although ceramic rings appear to be fragile and delicate, they are stronger and more durable than metal rings, such as steel and platinum rings. According to the Mohs scale, which rates the hardness of materials on a scale of one to 10 with 10 as the hardest material, ceramic material rates a nine. This means ceramic rings are not likely to break, and they are resistant to abrasions and marks that often cause metal rings to become imperfect over time. Having said that, ceramic is very brittle and may shatter, damaged or broken on impact against any hard surfaces or if it is dropped. They have a glossy finish, and their rich color does not fade over time.

Titanium:

Titanium is the only element possessing the strength of steel, yet with a weight comparable to aluminum. Titanium is the only element that offers the unique combination of beauty, strength, light weight and bio-compatibility. Like Tungsten Carbide, Titanium also has a dark metallic color, but is extremely lightweight. They are extremely bio-compatible because of its tissue compatibility and its elastic attributes, and hypoallergenic. Titanium, like Tungsten Carbide, will NOT bend, however, in the event of an emergency; a ring can be removed by a medical professional. Although it possesses a great tensile strength, titanium is susceptible to scratching and showing wear.

Cobalt:

Cobalt is a hard, lustrous grey metal. Pure cobalt is not found in nature, but compounds of cobalt are common. Cobalt has a hardness of 5.5 on the Mohs scale of Mineral hardness. Cobalt is the whitest contemporary material offered today. It is natural, and is less dense than other materials, allowing for greater height and shape to be yielded into designs. Cobalt is hard. Platinum is approximately 140 Vickers as compared to Cobalt which is 450 Vickers. Cobalt is not only hypoallergenic; it is bio-compatible to the body. Cobalt is soft and susceptible to scratching and wear.

Damascus Steel:

Damascus Steel dates back to as early as 200 AD. For centuries swords and knives taken to battle were forged of Damascus Steel. Today you can find Damascus in kitchen knives and pocket knives. Damascus Steel is created with different grades of steel being bonded together and later acid treated to create that unique pattern. The pattern is all the way through so you will not have to worry about it wearing away.

-Two grades of stainless steel fused together
-Heat and acid etched for a unique design
-Dark grey color with lighter contrast
-Commonly used to make swords and knives
-Can be removed with a standard ring cutter

Serinium:

-Serinium is the perfect contemporary metal, built to last a lifetime.
-Serinium styles are available 5 to 16 in full and half sizes.
-Serinium bands are comfort fit and hypoallergenic.
-Serinium is a brilliant pure white metal.
-Serinium is rated a 56-63 on the Rockwell C and 7-8 Mohs hardness scale, making it very scratch resistant.
-Serinium is twice as hard as cobalt chrome, five times as hard as titanium, six times harder than platinum and nine times harder than silver.
-Serinium is stronger and more durable than tungsten carbide.
-Serinium will not oxidize, tarnish or discolor.
-Serinium is not plated and is white all the way through the ring
-Serinium is available in polish, satin, sandblast, stone, tree bark and hammer finishes.
-Custom engraving is available inside the ring and on the outside of the ring.
-Serinium rings are easily removed from the finger with a vice grip or ring cracker removal tool.
-Serinium rings are covered by a lifetime guarantee and size exchange policy.

Sizing:

I strongly recommend going multiple local reputable jewelers and getting sized professionally. I make sizes according to the US ring sizing scale. Mens and Womens sizes are universal and the same. Please make sure the size you order is correct. I am NOT RESPONSIBLE if you order an incorrect size. If an item is ENGRAVED, I cannot accept a return or a refund.

Laser Engraving:

I have a custom fiber optic laser engraving machine. This ensures authenticity that my products are laser engraved and the surface of the metal will not mold or lose shape but will hold its natural shape. I engrave with the sole purpose and comfort that I can customize to anything my customers want and need.

Shipping:

All items will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail, unless otherwise requested. Domestic and International buyers will receive a tracking number. Items will be shipped between 1-2 business days of order received. Special shipping can be applied if anyone needs faster or other shipping methods(additional charges apply). To ensure safety of your products, all items will be shipped inside a bubble wrapped parcel. Express Shipping is available upon request for anyone that needs to receive items faster. I am not responsible for any taxes or duties or any customs delays that may occur for any international customers.
